Morning Sarah,I contacted you ealier as per the mail thread below.
We arranged that you move my mom (from South C to Kasarani) this past Friday and Saturday and I writing to give feedback.
Now, my mother is rather difficult to please but you should hear what she had to say about your team-she was IMPRESSED.
She said the team took extra good care of her kaolin plates and cups "you could not even tell they were packing/unpacking plates-no crackling at all" she told me on Saturday evening.
She was impressed by how her clothes were unpacked and hanged back at the new house. I could write more and more but I have to go as duty calls.
Sarah has been so kind and said I could pay when the work is done-I loved the fact that she trusted me-it tells me you are so sure of your services

Hi Colleta, CubemoversThis is a belated letter that I just had to write to sing your praises. The fact that I'm doing this a month later after using your services just goes to show pleasantly amazing and memorable the move was all thanks you guys.
I have been telling all my friends and family and whoever else would listen that you are absolutely the FIRST and ONLY company that actually does what it says it will do on its slogan "move without tears" - and then goes over and above that.
My move from Westlands to Ongata Rongai was done smoothly, flawlessly and painlessly. The unpacking and setting up on the other side exceeded my expectations. When your amazing team was done, I couldn't believe it! I was settled in just like that...like someone snapped their fingers and poof, I had moved. No breakages, no damage, do dirt, no muss no fuss, no shouting, no loud noises, no confusion...just ...BLISS.
I'm a man, and as you know moving house for us - packing and arranging stuff - is like pulling teeth while undergoing an appendectomy without aneasthesia with heavy metal music blaring in the background accompanied by matatu's hooting, your boss yelling and your wife crying...you get the picture. Its always uspeakably horrendous each time...except this time with cube movers.
So whatever magical magic you guys have bottled, you are onto something amazing, just keep up the service. I really wish you guys the best and whatever money spent is worth every shilling and then some.
Now let me personally mention and thank your team that day. This is something i've been meaning to do ever since then got caught up. believe me they made an impression. They are an amazing team, starting with the Team leader Edward Teyie - Courteous, calm, soft spoken always in-charge chap that directed the operations. He oversaw the team, ensured all went well and kept me briefed and everything coordinated. A true leader. The others were Spencer Mitei, and William Nyagi and Augustine Mwangi.
I really think they have wonderful compliment of skills and I would even add Interior design as part of their skillset because they even knew the best arrangements for the various pieces in the new place and left it looking much better than I would have imagined.

Let me also mention that your website was also very good as were your phone operators. Because they answered correctly, guided me correctly and on the site the forms worked and feedback was prompt. THIS IS GOOD SERVICE.
Don't ever stop what you are doing so well, never think of cutting corners, ever, the small touches matter v much - your checklists, the cleaning up afterwards, your attention to details, your feedback, the follow-up ...etc.
You should all be proud.

Hi Colletta.I write to tell you what a fantastic job your company did for me when I moved from Kinoo into the South B.
I was running desperate when I contacted you and you were a great help. Thank you for the timely responses. I felt confident that your company would do a fine job without causing me stress and that is what I got.
Needless to say, Joram and his crew, turned up on time at my house. They were very careful with my stuff. Furthermore, they were cheerful and professional throughout the entire move. I felt my belongings were completely safe with them from beginning to end. They are gems of employees and I hope they are richly rewared for the good reputation they give to Cube Movers.
I will definitely recommend your company to everyone I know who is moving. It seems that many people are not prepared to spend money on their move. I, however, am glad to have done so. You made my move a pleasant experience...and how many people can say that about moving?!
And guess what? I MOVED WITHOUT TEARS!!
